IEPEC & ACEEE's Energy Efficiency as a Resource
In a first for IEPEC and the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), we will collaborate to bring you the evaluation conference you love and ACEEE’s Energy Efficiency as a Resource (EER) Conference back-to-back at the same venue. For those who don’t know, EER is the premier U.S. conference on policies and programs to reduce utility customers’ energy waste and help utilities meet climate goals and infrastructure challenges. EER will be held at the same hotel on Wednesday, October 8th and Thursday, October 9th, 2025, just after IEPEC.
We are excited about this collaboration and the opportunity to help you build new networks, share insights with a wider audience, and learn more about our industry through cross-pollination between experts attending both of these events.

2025 Cancellation Policy
Through August 3: Full refund
August 4 – Sep 7: Full refund less a $75 administrative fee
After September 7: No refunds, but registrations can be transferred
Hotel Information
IEPEC 2025 will be held at the Grand Hyatt Denver Hotel. IEPEC has negotiated a discounted room rate of $269 per night. There are a limited number of discounted rooms, so make reservations soon. The discounted rate expires on September 22.
