2026 Hot Water & Hot Air Forums | Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel | March 24–26, 2026
ACEEE’s Hot Water and Hot Air Forums showcase how efficiency reduces energy use and corresponding utility bills and peak electric loads. The Forums bring together equipment manufacturers, utility program managers, implementers, and researchers to discuss strategies that work, in an engaging, collaborative space.
Individual presentations and ideas for full sessions with multiple speakers are welcome. You may submit up to two presentations for consideration. The deadline to submit a presentation is Wednesday, October 15.

Please note that the forums will be in-person events held at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. All presenters will be expected to register and attend in-person. Only one presenter per presentation will be allowed. Registration and accommodations will open in November.
